Delivery

We offer personal delivery within Oshawa for a flat $7.50 fee - no minimum purchase required. Orders are paid for upon delivery, whether through cash or card. No over the phone payments are accepted.

If you’re in town, we’ll get your parts to you quickly and reliably. Simple as that.

Returns & Exchanges

New Items

Returns are accepted within 30 days of purchase for both in-stock and special-order items, provided the part:

  • Has not been installed or damaged during attempted installation
  • Is in its original, undamaged packaging
  • Includes all original hardware
  • Is accompanied by the original invoice

If something doesn’t fit or isn’t needed, we’re happy to help - just keep everything in the same condition it left the store.

Defective or Warranty Items

If a part is defective or falls within its manufacturer warranty, we’ll arrange an exchange in accordance with the warranty terms.

Please provide:

  • Your original invoice (if misplaced, we’ll do our best to locate it
  • A brief explanation of the issue

Warranty claims are processed as an exchange through The Partsman. If we don’t have a replacement in stock, we’ll bring one in for you as quickly as possible. If you’re unsure about coverage, just give us a call and we can check!

Electrical Items

Due to manufacturer policies, electrical parts are final sale and not eligible for return.

 

Refund Method

Approved returns are refunded to the original form of payment (card or cash), including applicable taxes. Store credit is not issued for returns.

Restocking Fees

Large or multiple returns at once may be subject to a restocking fee at the manufacturer’s discretion. If you’re unsure about a part or application, we strongly recommend checking with us before purchase.

Core Returns

We’re gradually reducing remanufactured core-charge parts in our regular stock to help save our customers time and cost. Remanufactured parts can still be ordered in, if they are preferred!

If you’re returning a core, please ensure:

  • The unit is fully drained (if applicable)
  • It’s placed in the box from the replacement part

This keeps the process smooth for everyone involved.

Battery Recycling

We accept used vehicle batteries for recycling at no cost, provided they’re not leaking. You can drop them off at any time - we’ll make sure they’re handled responsibly.
