Do you have any discounts or coupon codes?

The Partsman rarely puts out coupon codes. However, if we are running any promotions or sales, you will hear about it in-store, on our socials, or on the Flyer page.

What’s the warranty on my part?

Manufacturers offer different warranties on different parts. If you are unsure whether your part is still covered or you’d like to double-check your policy, give us a call!

Do you carry body parts?

We do not stock body parts, but many can be specially ordered in.

How quickly can you bring in a non-stocked part?

Most special-order parts are brought in the same day. If you order before the 12:00 pm cut-off time, your part will arrive around 3:00 pm. Parts ordered after that time will be delivered by 3:00 pm the next day.

Special orders placed after 12:00 pm on Friday and over the weekend will not arrive until Monday at 3:00 pm.

Most special-order body parts require 2 days. Parts from long-distance warehouses can take 2 days to 1 week to arrive.

Do you deliver?

Yes! We do home delivery in Oshawa; see our Company Policies (link page) page for more information.

Do you mix paint?

No.

Do you know if you cut your hose by the foot?

No.

What time are you open till?

Do you work on cars too?

No, we don’t. But, if you give us a call or stop by, we can provide some great recommendations for local garages.
